Scheduling on the fly- Staff availability & skills are directly available within the scheduling tool
I thought it would be difficult to get on board since I don’t have a technical background but it’s been the opposite. I don’t have to chase down who’s available when and where anymore. The scheduling tool takes care of all of that.
