I really appreciate Field Effect MDR for its comprehensive coverage backed by automated and human-led triage of incidents. The open API and partner focus are great features too. I find their AI detection and partnership with Beauceron incredibly useful, especially for shadow AI discovery and one-click triage of phishing simulations or active phishing threats. All the tools within Field Effect MDR work terrifically and integrate well with all our tools, providing seamless 24/7 MXDR service from a specialized technical partner. The initial setup was easy too.

The product is easy to use, and the SOC support and account management are responsive and fast.

I really like how Field Effect MDR is easy to work with and integrates well with our PSA and other tools like Connectwise, M365, Google Workspace, Duo, Dropbox, Salesforce, and Sophos. The ARO escalation process is smooth, which makes things much more manageable for us. I also appreciate the company's focus on MSPs and the fact that it is a Canadian company. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus.
