How helpful the company is, even after working hours. When we had an important replatforming project, FeedOptimise was providing us with support, even later in the evening. The implementation of their feeds is also very straightforward. Whenever new requirements for the feed appeared, FeedOptimise always responded quickly and changed the mapping for us.
