What stands out most to me is the customer support. When I purchased my business and took over the existing Fast Simon account, I had no idea how to use many of the features or manage the platform and i questions wether or not the spend for the app was worthwhile. Their team went above and beyond, scheduling multiple one-on-one calls to walk me through everything step by step. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed—not just getting me up and running. That level of support made a huge difference, and it's something you don't come across very often.

Easy to use product with a lot of advanced AI features. Really responsive team and product roadmap is well organized to continuously provide additional value to site merchandising teams. Integrates well with the other products in our tech stack and pricing is very competitive. We have definitely realized a great return on our investment into this product.
