I like how you can easily see the printers when setting up new members. I am a Community Manager at a co-working spot. I like the number of features that we have with Ezeep Blue. But, the best part has been being able to work with their support. Especially, major props to David Diefenbach who has helped our organization resolve quite a few issues. He was quick to offer solutions, knowledgeable, friendly, and even volunteer to conduct a Zoom meeting so that the rest of our team of Community Managers could ask questions and troubleshoot some issues. Sometimes the delivery of new technology can be chaotic but it's all about the support on how fast they can resolve issues.

We are a business where there still is some actual paperwork required and ezeep makes working from anywhere and still be able to provide staff at the home site with documentation easy. It's reliable and works well from PC and mobile iOS. My usual use is to print from my iphone to other members of staff at the office or just print stuff so it's already done and I can start working with it when I arrive at the office.

I had some issues migrating to the new system and their support team was super quick to get back to me and the issue is fixed
