Mainly the personalized Support and their ability of helping us to understand the tool in a simple way. I have an Account Manager that I can contact anytime I need and that makes me feel very comfortable because I know if I run into any problem, I will have a direct contact that I can count on. My Account manager is very responsive and I really appreciate the time she dedicates to me: if I have any questions on how to use a functionality, she will answer back with a full detailed explanation, with all the step by step I need to take in order to solve any issue I have. What I also like is that can even provide support in different languages, Spanish for example.
