I really like the high quality of service leads and the equally good engagement from the service support teams at Expereo. It builds a level of trust, and I don't have to micro manage as with some other providers. It's helpful to have a centralized team manage 180+ last mile providers in one seamless package, with alerting and quick response to issues. The one-stop shop portal is great for managing orders, and the service model is one of the most efficient we use. We can roll out large numbers of sites quickly with our rinse/repeat model, and overall, we are leaning more toward Expereo for our service needs.
