I like the AI interviewing tech from Exordiom, which helps ensure that candidates are a good fit for what I'm looking for. I appreciate the high-touch customer success model they offer. Their hypercare model through the customer success team, where we touch base weekly, is invaluable. We even have a dedicated Slack channel, and they always make things right if there's a mix-up. For instance, when there was an issue with a MacBook purchase, they owned the problem and resolved it, which I really value. Additionally, the quality of candidates and the speed at which I receive them is impressive; I can quickly go through resumes and audio examples.
