Overall as a code assistance AI, I've found it to be helpfully. It has helped me with the tedious things I normally have to review documentation with especially commands like awk and sed when writing bash scripts. The UI/UX is very much like VSCode and that meant it took less time for me to learn the UI portion of the tool.

I haven’t needed customer support very often, but when I do, the available resources are helpful. On top of that, it works well with different development tools, so integrating it into an existing workflow is straightforward.
