HelpDeskZ honest review after usage for a year

Helpdeskz let our company easily manage and work on all the issues raised by employees in a quick period. Team working with it get notified by any raised incident with priority of issue and it help us to not miss any issue thats being raised. Features like managing tickets assigning them changing status helps alot. Also the UI provides smooth user experience.

Simplest ticket's system i've tried

I really like that you can check all the emails and tickets for your customers in one place, in one app, is really simple and easy like they say. i've been tried for months and the support is really great, you have inmediatly andswers. You can answer and keep your customers happy because, with this tool you have everything you need to provide the best support.
