The app has a very polished UI that makes it easy to use. I find that it helps to guide the interviews and structure them to maintain consistency between candidates and between different interviewers' styles. Once an interview is complete, it gives me the tools to make good hiring decisions. It is really helpful to be able to review the interviews and bookmark moments to revisit later, and to be able to share transcripts with my colleagues to get feedback. The analytics have been so useful in improving our interview process and feeling confident that we're making more objective hiring decisions.

Consistent review templates means we don't miss anything. Replaying interviews for other stakeholders along with bookmarking key moments is a huge win.
