Ability to search for documents containing certain keywords. The UI is very user-friendly and easy to use -- it saves a lot of time comparing to looking through each document to find pertinent evidence. The AI does a good job at filtering documents based on contents. Performance is great; quick and catches a lot of text. There is a lot of support for help in how to use Everlaw if ever required.

My favorite aspect of Everlaw is how easy it is to use. The UI is extremely intuitive; its tagging/coding feature is extremely easy because of its autosaving feature and ability to code documents as a group. Its flexibility across the variety of needs in projects is another big plus, because it means that you aren't stuck creating workarounds that will make the most sense for your project--you can just change it out to what works best for you. I think that the AI features for grouping are helpful to create assignments for team members so that they are able to consistently code documents without having to swap between a large variety of contexts. Finally, Everlaw's breadth of training materials has been extremely helpful in getting me started using the platform. The variety of videos, articles, and real-time support have all come in handy throughout the various issues I have encountered.

The UI is much more user friendly than other eDisclosure platforms which means legal teams are much happier when using it. I like the processing speeds which you get in Everlaw which means uploading large data sets is as pain free as possible and also the certifications that you can take really help to make you feel comfortable on the platform. Intergration is geting much better as well with the advent of Claude connectors, and the AI offering is now brilliant and we are noting clients loving AI. Being a partner we can not offer good rates for clients but still sometimes hear platforms like relativity are cheaper.
