We have been producing a large-scale (275 vendors, 50,000 attendees) for the past 40 years. All that time we have utilized paper vendor applications and uploaded the information into an Access database. We knew there had to be a better, more efficient way of doing things, so we scheduled demos with several event software companies and ultimately selected Eventeny. We are so glad we did! While the event is still a lot of work, Eventeny made many aspects of event planning so much easier. The software is robust, intuitive, and easy to use. The platform consolidated so many pieces of festival planning for us--vendor applications, sponsor tracking, mapping, event schedules, and even a dedicated event website! This particular event is not ticketed, but we did use the ticketing feature for our Annual Awards Gala Dinner and it worked well.

It is user friendly and has the features that we need to run a large pride festival.

I like the ability for me to keep track of ticket sales, coordinating vendors, and the ability to export information to use in spreadsheets.
