Eventene is by far the most intuitive event software I have used. Additionally, it provides incredibly detailed and comprehensive micro and macro views of event data, which is extremely important to planning successful events in the future. Eventene's ability to create multiple groups, subgroups, add tags to certain people or groups helps keep all contact lists and email communications simple and easy-- it also makes it easy to send communications quickly without worrying about missing someone in the group. The customer support has also been extremely responsive and helpful when I needed assistance with something.

The best thing about them is their pricing model which is too straightforward and without any complexities. We used 2-3 vendors before which had pricing based on an 'n' number of factors and made budgeting hard for our operations team. Our team also uses Eventene as their CRM system which definitely wasn't the way we intended to use it :) however, their ability to manage all our contacts in one place worked like a charm.

I don't have to rely on spreadsheets to log and track everything to get my events up and running. We were also able to ditch multiple subscriptions of email marketing tools, survey tools, etc. It made our lives easier by letting go of plugging and playing data into different tools.
