We brought in Evalgent to help us monitor the performance and optimize the quality of services that our AI agents are offering to our customers and it has really helped us to keep our AI Agents well enhanced to handle the different needs and requests that our customers have. Evalgent has outstanding AI agents testing features which allows us to do customized tests on our customer engagement AI agents to evaluate how well equipped they are to handle different customer scenarios and also determine areas that need to be improved. Since we started using Evalgent, we have been able to significantly improve the capabilities of our customer engagement AI agents and keep them ready to handle different cases and personalities that different customers come with.

I use Evalgent’s flexible, white-labeled review portals to match our agency branding, with custom URLs, logos, and messaging for each client. Clients can leave targeted feedback directly on asset files, which keeps communication in one place, cuts confusion, and helps our account and creative teams align faster. I can set review deadlines and track status, and the centralized feedback cuts redundant check-ins and helps keep campaigns on schedule. I also like the webhooks that send review status to our project tracker and the links to portals in our CRM, so account managers can quickly find feedback. Setup was surprisingly smooth: we had a branded portal template live within a couple of hours without complex coding, and the guided walkthroughs helped us configure the project-tracker connection independently.
