Senior Instructional DesignerMid-Market (51-1000 emp.)Highly Flexible and Supportive Platform for Customer Training
I really appreciate Eurekos' willingness to work with us to find solutions tailored to our needs. The platform has grown in ways that matter to us, not just following trends, and the support team—including leadership—gets directly involved when needed. Managing live events and self-paced content is seamless and has given us the confidence to run high-stakes in-person training, which we couldn't do with our previous provider. The integration with tools like WebEx, Salesforce, and Wistia is also a big plus.

I really appreciate Eurekos' excellent customer support and the built-in authoring tool, which makes course creation seamless. The platform is very flexible and easy to customize for our organization. Their continuous development and new features, like the AI help agent that can be translated into any language, have been a huge benefit for us.
