One of the main positives about the Esker solution is that although it is an 'out of the box solution' Esker understands that not all business will have the same processes and systems. Esker has the flexibility to allow us to build the system the way we require it to work best for our business. The other big positive for me is the service we receive from the Esker. The continuous support that is provided by the Esker Team means we feel more like a valued customer, and that we are not forgotten about once the product has been implemented, which is what some solution providers to.. I also love the fact that Esker never sit still with their solution. They always seem to be on top of what the market changes are and are open to listening to their customers with suggestions for future improvements and are committed to making their solution the best it can be.
