EPLAN Electric P8 is an electrical engineering design software program that offers unlimited possibilities for project planning, documentation, and management of automation projects. The automatic production of detailed reports based on wiring diagrams is an integral part of a comprehensive documentation system and provides subsequent phases of the project, such as production, assembly, commissioning and service with the data required. Engineering data from other project areas, such as fluid and pneumatic engineering, can be exchanged via interfaces within our CAE software. This therefore guarantees consistency and integration throughout the entire product development process.

Excellent CAD platform for the development of electrical panels.

One of the most representative features of this CAD platform is the multiple functionalities with which the development/implementation of all the projects that can be executed with it is drastically reduced. The execution of automated schematics, templates, diversity of reports and library management make it ideal for electrical engineering processes. In addition, there is the facility to integrate with electrical components developed by large companies in the sector.

what i most like about eplan electric p8 is easy possibility to automatically generate connection lists and cable lists. Also make an overview of all parts being used within a project with order number.
