|PowerCADD
This is a powerful set of CADD tools that is intuitive to use and has a short learning curve. If you can sketch (even poorly) you can use this program without the burden of having to learn EVERY detail of the program to be productive. Try to navigate AutoCADD's never-ending list of tools, options, and commands.
