Centralized Customer History That Keeps Interactions and Next Steps on Track

What I find most useful is being able to refer back to customer information and previous conversations without having to search through multiple places. It helps me maintain better visibility into ongoing interactions, and it makes it easier to keep track of the next steps. The centralized workspace is also convenient for handling routine tasks.
