Office ManagerVisual Booking Chart and Drag-and-Drop Make Team Planning Effortless
The visual booking chart is what I rely on most. Being able to see the full team allocation at a glance makes planning meetings and project kick offs much easier. Before eRS we were managing this across spreadsheets and email which for a project management firm is honestly embarrassing. The drag and drop functionality saves a lot of time when assignments change last minute which in construction happens constantly.

What I like best about eResource Scheduler is its intuitive interface, efficient resource allocation features, and clear visibility into team workloads and project schedules. It makes planning and managing resources much easier and more organized.

What I love most is the availability dashboard. During planning meetings, it makes it much easier to quickly see who has capacity, where schedules are becoming too full, and where adjustments may be needed. That visibility has helped us organize workflow more efficiently without spending excessive time going back and forth updating schedules manually.
