Enable has completely simplified and automated what used to be an incredibly manual and tedious process for us. Before Enable, everything was done in spreadsheets - data cleansing, mapping, calculations. It was archaic, risky, and prone to errors. Now, rebate calculations are automated, secured, and reliable. I also appreciate that Enable already had the functionality and complexity to handle our unique rebate mechanisms, which saved us from having to build a custom solution in-house. Another standout is Enable’s customer support, especially our point person Ramadan, who is always responsive and helpful when issues come up. The use of Enable's DealTrack has ensured we have all of our Supplier Deals in one place not only from a Contract Record perspective but from a Calculation and Cash Posting point of view. The fact it is Cloud-based supports our transition journey in that direction.
