I have only been using the software for a few months, so I am still relatively new and learning its capabilities. That being said, so far I have found that the user interface is very simple (in a good way) and clear. In comparison to other systems I have used for equity management, all of the site areas are easy to navigate and seem to end up being what I expected them to look like / be able to do. I was actually able to find many of the things I was looking for as a new user, without any formal training, which was a big plus for me.

OptionTrax is a easy tool to use and the customer service is exceptional. They are quick, precise and knowledgeable about the stock comp process intricacies . During our year end close process OptionTrax responded with detailed explanations that there easy to follow. When we requested a video call they responded after-hours to set up a meeting the very next business day!

OptionTrax has provided discipline in our equity management processes, and comprehensive insight into our grants and related finances. Implementation required a good deal of work, but all of it was something we needed to do - and was beneficial to our practices in the long run, so well worth the time spent. Now our processes are better defined and integrated into our daily routines. OptionTrax includes reporting designed to calculate finance and equity disclosures for our SEC filings, so it has also simplified our compliance practices. That also gives us increased confidence in the accuracy of our disclosures. Customer support is responsive and catches items that we may have otherwise missed. I use OptionTrax almost daily. The participant portal functions are a great benefit to our employees too, provide transparency to them and allows us to manage compliance (such as blackout windows). We have received good feedback from the participants using it.
