Incredibly easy to set up and highly knowledgeable staff providing support throughout the implementation process. We had a relatively simple plan and the OT team made the process easy enough for me to set up on my own, without the help of external consultants or other costly implementation resources. Would highly recommend this to any company looking to migrate into a cost-effective, robust platform, that still provides great customer support and ease of implementation.

The simple user interface that can be easily customized and can accomodate a variety of LTI programs. We have a very complex long term incentive landscape and OT was able to accomodate all our requirements and simplify the display for our employees.
