Embrace helps identify core of any issues your app is facing, without invading user privacy. Their SDK is very lightweight, is easy to integrate and provides a ton of value to engineers, QA, Product Managers and more. I really like the dashboard feature, which allows me to easily build purpose-driven dashboards that help answer various questions (and at varying granularity). For example, we have a Metrics dashboard which shows us things like Daily Active Users, which versions our users are using, Operating System breakdown (to make better decisions about support) and New Users to see how well our app is growing. We also have a Performance dashboard that provides glanceable graphs for Startup, crashes, network request spikes, etc.
