EmberDial is an outbound sales dialer and calling workspace for US sales teams and agencies in any industry that sells by phone, with life insurance and final expense agencies as its first focus. Agents run campaigns in power mode or predictive mode, or click to call, from a browser with no software to install.
During calls, agents see a live transcript, scripts and an objection library. Optional Agent Assist shows on-screen guidance but never speaks on the call, and Practice Mode lets new agents rehearse openings and objections with AI roleplay. Managers get recordings, call summaries, team reporting and listen-in.
Every call goes out from a local number in the agency's own pool, matched to the lead's area code, then state, then region. EmberDial watches each number's spam-risk rating and marks it Healthy, Watch or Flagged, so agents can pull a number before it gets labeled Spam Likely.
Compliance tools are built in: internal do-not-call checks, a DNC.com connection, calling windows for stricter states, attempt caps, recording-disclosure prompts and abandon-rate pacing. Leads import from CSV with optional Jornaya and TrustedForm certificates.
Pricing is $99 per calling license per month plus $0.02 per connected minute, with 10 local numbers included per license.
Each concurrent calling license supports one simultaneous caller, so agents keep individual logins and share capacity across shifts. Optional add-ons are Agent Assist and coaching ($49 per enabled license per month with 3,000 assisted minutes), Practice Mode ($19 per license per month) and a CRM connection for HighLevel, HubSpot or Salesforce, set up during onboarding.
