Good price for the features, Doesn't have great customer support for Latin amercian time zones

Very accesible to improvements and new features. Layout editor is very adaptable to any need. Customer service is very firendly and open to any situation. Works on any platform, including very low spec devices.

The support documents are excellent, and we find it straightforward to set up new clients and maintain their channels. The ability to see who's online, who's offline and what devices are running makes checking the status or troubleshooting user issues quick and easy. Organizing our clients into different accounts with individualized access is a great feature.
