It is Nice to Have a Tool Which Works
I can count on one hand the number of times in the last few years I have had to contact support for help with our account/tools. The system just works, period. It does everything as promised and has no downtime which we are aware of. This is especially important in our world of instant gratification. If something isn't working as it should, people quickly give up and move on to something else, such as the competition.
