Outstanding IDE for developing web apps for those who know (or are willing to learn) Pascal/Delphi

|Elevate Web Builder
Elevate Web Builder (EWB) enables rapid creation of attractive web apps. It harnesses the power of Object Pascal, but code compiles to Java Script. The user does not need to program in Java Script. EWB comes with a built-in web server. Data driven web apps are a particular strength, as would be expected from a developer with two established database products. EWB is a mature product, and there has just been a major release to version 3. It is supported by an active community and responsive developer.

I find the youtube channel the most helpful seeing as though I have a basic understanding of website development but wouldn't consider myself an expert. It took me a few hours on and off to complete my site using Elevate. I could see someone with more experience completing the same tasks in half the time.

Object Pascal IDE, which work "ok" to implement simple web applications

It's easy to get started and their youtube channel helps for the user with basic usage of the product. Also, it is good for web designers who want to implement web applications with fundamental knowledge of database and front-end language like javascript.
