I like that Eletive provides insights on 12 key measurements and allows us to see the score over a period of time. These measurements cover clear and important areas which are often not discussed regularly. Eletive asks about those specific topics, ensuring we collect data and understand how people feel, which we wouldn't be able to do as frequently without Eletive. Additionally, there are a lot of settings you can adjust, which I find very nice because it lets you decide what you want to see and ask.

The support from our customer succes manager is exceptionally good. Besides that the application is easy to use and gives us insight in the engagement of our employees.

I believe the interface is user-friendly.
