Easy-to-Use UI and Strong Security, Still Exploring AI and Integrations

Secure, HIPAA-Compliant File Sharing That’s Easy to Use

We are a billing company and have been using Egnyte for many years. I appreciate it as a secure, HIPAA-compliant folder for sharing HPI between our team and our clients (doctors). It’s also a very user-friendly tool overall. The drag-and-drop feature is especially useful, and I often use it much like Windows File Explorer. Also I like comments feature and logs - to see who and when did updates in the folders

Effortlessly Manages Geotechnical Engineering Files

I like that Egnyte keeps all our project files easily accessible on the network, which we can also access in the field. I find it really helpful that if a file is lost or changed, you can go back to an older version and reload the file. There was a time when an employee deleted information from a file, and we needed to reload a previous version to find what was missing and get that info back. Also, the initial setup of Egnyte was fairly easy.
