No surprises! Our account manager went the extra mile to ensure that I was aware of any potential issues and proactively scheduled time to discuss. As expected, there were several discoveries that caused us to regroup, assess, and redirect, but in no situation were we forced to break our timeline or budget constraints. The team was as committed to the deliverable and our constraints as I was -- it was a true partnership.
