Best of all, at least for me as the administrator of the system we buy from EcoOnline, is super good support, very quick responses. Everyone I have had contact with is very nice and treats the customer in a very professional manner.

eCompliance has a consistent feel throughout each module and is user friendly.

The delivery of training was segmented well and help continue to build knowledge and comfortability within the system. The platform is easy to use and each module is consistent with operations, look and feel, which contributed to success is roll-out. Customer support is great with scheduled check-ins and support through their ticket system is quick and effective. Integration with other systems in our company has been easy with minimal additional support.
