Ecolane DRT the hidden Gem

Using this software we easily tripled our daily trips without adding resources. Manage all facets of trip experience from client profile, scheduling, dispatch, driver manifest, all at your fingertips at all times. Client use of the Ecolane app for Apple and Android reduces call volume and put trip control in the riders hands. Credit card payment. Receive notification your vehicle has arrived for pickup and much more. Really there is to much to list.. This is why its a hidden gem fir transit.

Fast scheduling

I like that you can quickly assemble multiple runs with hundreds of trips in a relatively short period of time as well as the response time improvements with same day issues. We went from 6-8 hours to produce runs down to under 3 hours and our ability to respond to same day issues can now be measured in seconds as apposed to minutes. We have also seen an improvement open time since the system is able to show real time utilization figures per run. This allows us to improve response times by reassign trips to other runs with availability.
