Fast, Accurate captioning, and fantastic customer service

|Echo Labs
Their accuracy is amazing. After 100 hours of captiong requests submitted, I've yet to find a single mistake from them. And they are adding new services to it all the time! I made two requests for extra files types for downloading transcripts, and they added it the next week. They love hearing feedback, and can usually ship improvements within the week!

Captioning Service Marked by Disorganized Service and Broken Commitments.

Their captions were, for the most part, pretty accurate. We submitted videos in a variety of subject areas that use a very technical vocabulary. Only a handful of changes needed to be made after receiving the caption files back. Their platform's integration with tools like Panopto shows an effort to streamline the captioning process for a variety of organizations.

Excellent Support!

The user interface is remarkably easy to navigate. Uploading videos, editing captions, and downloading either caption files or videos with captions burned in is easily achieved. Accuracy of the captions is remarkable requiring minimal editing. Customer support is responsive in answering all emails promptly. Turnaround time from uploading a video to downloading the finished product consistently exceeds expectations.
