Very handy customization features.

The best feature I have come to like and rely on very much would be ZENTAO's customization feature that allows me to feel very confident using the product because it allows me to make changes by adding more functionality tweaking dashboards to suit my organisation's business model. I also like that ZENTAO prioritizes document arrangement for easy access which I have found to be very helpful because using its library for storing my documents allows me to locate files quicker.

It's decent for project management

It's easy to add a task for the team to see. For each task, there is more than enough ways to add information and detail. I like this part because sometimes a team member doesn't give much detail and just updates an item with hardly any information. When that happens, we request more info. Each member can add their own tasks and maintain what they need to do. It's almost like a checklist.
