simulation in one click

the best part about dwsim is that it has provided us a software package with differnet machineries that is used in the simulation process of the industries easy to use drag and drop one thing that really give dwsim a upper hand is that low storage requirment and drag and drop system.

Great and Free Simulation Software for Chemical Engineering Student

1) DWSIM's UI is simple than other Proprietary Simulation Software. Which help learner to focus more on engineering part rather than wasting time in learning software UI. 2) Software Codes are available on Github. If students want to learn the algorithm behind any models, it is available there. You can modify it at your convenience and use it in DWSIM. 3) Developer (Daniel Medeiros and Team) is highly responsive; Whenever I face a problem within a day or two, I get a solution for that problem. 4) Bugs are fixed too fast. 5) Custom model can be built inside python, which is very useful for engineers who have only basic coding knowledge. 6) Missing compounds can be created by using an online database. The same can be done for the interaction parameters. 7) All facilities like optimization, sensitivity study, the thermodynamic diagram can be developed very easily. 8) Advance thermodynamics, Dynamic operators, Neural network operation, cost calculator, are also available and easy to use. 9) CAPE-OPEN component can be used inside DWSIM.
