We love Duet. The calendar view and real-time vehicle tracking make it very easy to use and keep track of whats going on in our operation. It was also very easy to train my new dispatcher on it, they were using it like a pro within a few days whereas with our old dispatching software it would take a month. They also have fantastic support, they'll reply within an hour. Duet's autoscheduler and billing reports have saved us hours of work every day. Performance is really good, have never once seen the software or the driver app go down. It API integrates with Modivcare, MTM, and Call The Car which are the brokers we use. We like that we can put all our broker and private pay trips on Duet together, it means we can make our schedule more efficient. I really like Duet's pricing model - its usage based so we only pay when we're doing trips. I wasn't sure at first but it also turned out to be about 30% cheaper than Bambi which we were using before. Duet has a really amazing voice AI that sounds just like a real person. It takes incoming calls for us when we can't get to the phone. It also calls our seniors the night before to confirm their pickup for us, and it's smart enough to talk with them and alert us if they need to reschedule.
