dScribe is the first data catalog tool that I have ever used that is this easy. You don't need to be an IT expert to know how to work with it. It looks good, works well and is a real improvement for any organisation.

With dScribe we can catalog all our relevant data assets across multiple system. Having a single point of entry for all documentation is very useful. Both for IT and business users maintenance is easy. As a cloud application, access is very easy. Content wise, the focus is on user experience, by consequence, information overload is avoided. This is very nice as other data catalogs quickly contain too much features making it much harder to use by users. The dScribe team is very open to feedback => you get more then a tool but also a partnership.
