Users can import an existing Google Drive folder or build a reusable structure with nested folders and files using a visual template editor. Dynamic fields can automatically insert information such as client names, project names, dates and reference numbers into generated folder and file names.
FolderPal supports Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, uploaded files, My Drive and Shared Drives, configurable sharing permissions, bulk generation from structured data, API-based automation and generation history.
The software can also perform one-off deep copies of Google Drive folders when a reusable template is not required.
