It's user friendly and they have thought of everything. The auto tracking feature is great as I often forget to log milage. If you need to add a trip manually that's also easy.

Lacks Route Optimization

Driversnote is the best mobile application which I use to dispatch my mostly local drivers. Giving a person work and watching it suddenly spring to life right before you is great. It is also made the paperless process for deliver receipts and client signatures.
