The most notable thing was how thoughtfully Dreamers Inc. addressed our particular requirements. Rather than just offering a typical AI solution, they took the time to comprehend how our team uses information in a mental healthcare setting. We were able to describe real-world scenarios that our employees faced during the project, and they translated those needs into the RAG-based solution. The partnership felt truly collaborative because of their openness to communicate and make changes.

Their ability to comprehend our navigation-focused business before suggesting a solution was what I found most impressive. They didn't tackle the job in the same way as a general AI implementation. The team created the RAG-based system by taking into account the information we already had, comprehending how our transportation services function. Additionally, they communicated clearly and promptly when we required clarification.

Dreamers Inc.'s capacity to comprehend our business needs and convert them into workable AI solutions was what we found most appealing. Our project was not approached by them as a general chatbot implementation. When creating the system, they took into account our specific microbiome data, workflows, and knowledge needs. Additionally, communication was easy, and they were responsive to our suggestions for enhancements or criticism. Their mix of commercial acumen and technological expertise greatly facilitated teamwork.
