Their commitment to learn how DirectDrive Now really works before developing the answer was what I found most appealing. We talked about scenarios pertaining to route planning, driver coordination, and queries our staff face when assisting users. Instead of providing something generic, Dreamers Inc. paid attention to those cases and customized the AI based on our data. The partnership felt useful as a result.

The most notable aspect was Dreamers Inc.'s capacity to comprehend our information-rich environment prior to creating the solution. They designed the AI to take into account how C-Watch manages contractor and service provider data. The cooperation seemed useful, particularly when talking about actual scenarios involving continuous data management and information retrieval.

The fact that Dreamers Inc. took the effort to comprehend our business before creating the solution was what I found most appealing. They examined our team's utilization of internal data and how we interact with distressed sellers. Instead of providing general AI solutions, the RAG-based approach also made the solution more pertinent to our real business. When we needed changes, their crew was accommodating, receptive to criticism, and quick to respond.
