Excellent SOC 2 Guidance and a Smooth, Supportive Process
Drata was the first platform we used to allow for the SOC 2 attestation. They worked closely with us and guided us to set up and continue the process. We are just going into our second year and we are looking forward to the continued guidance. So the best this about Drata is their process and guidance.

I like Drata because it saves me a lot of time, especially in managing the SOC 2 process. The ease of use is great; everything is intuitive and makes for a simple process. I also appreciate having a coach or representative who walks through the process with me, which was very helpful since this was my first experience. With our small team, having two coaches throughout the year ensured I knew my assignments, needed policies, and what data to submit. This guidance made it really easy to walk through the process. The initial setup was surprisingly easy, which was important given our small organization's time constraints.
