eGoldFax took very little to setup. We were up and running in a few hours. We never ported over our phone lines (though its an option) and instead just forwarded our existing lines to their service. We've been with them for a year and have had no issues with service. Other vendors did not offer the ability to email the faxes and this one does. No need for staff to go looking for messages, they just come into their mail and can process immediately. This solution was also from our research, cheaper (at some tiers its approx $0.06 per page) than other solutions for our fax volume (approx 7k incoming pages a month).
