Ficha.Work is a time tracking and attendance platform designed for the Spanish market. It helps companies comply with Spain's mandatory work time recording law (RDL 8/2019) and the upcoming digital registration regulation by providing 100% digital clock-in with individual credentials, immutable records, and 4-year data retention.
Employees clock in and out from the mobile app (iOS and Android) or the web dashboard with a single tap. For on-site workplaces, optional NFC bases allow contactless clock-in — workers tap their phone against a base without opening any app. Every clock-in records GPS location for verification.
Managers get a real-time dashboard showing who's working, accumulated hours, and team status. When an employee forgets to clock in or needs to correct a record, they submit a time correction request (incidencia) that their manager approves or rejects — maintaining a full audit trail. Reports are exportable in PDF and Excel, filterable by employee, date, or department.
Ficha.Work also includes holiday calendar management (national, regional, and local holidays), vacation request and approval workflows with balance tracking, and configurable work schedules.
The platform offers a dedicated plan for labor consultancies (asesorías) that manage multiple client companies from a single account with centralized billing.
