The implementation of an electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) to replace traditional paper notebooks was something that Epichem was always keen to get on-board with. Despite the sometimes daunting and huge task to move from paper books to an ELN, Dotmatics has made the process very approachable and have guided us every step of the way. They have provided Epichem with extensive resources during the set-up, including many virtual meetings to help understand the fully customisable system to cater to our every want and need, and tailoring our specific system so we get the most out of it. The Dotmatics team has always been very approachable, with no request deemed too hard, and a support line always on standby. Dotamtics has also provided training for Epichem’s scientists, showing how flexible the system can be and intuitive at the same time. I’d recommend using Dotmatics for any company, large or small, if they are using an ELN for the first time or switching to an ELN that adapts to their business’s requirements.
