Doorbell supports different types of data collection from customers like NPS surveys, star ratings, etc.

We wanted a simple low cost way to collect user feedback and questions and doorbell fit that criteria. It was simple to add in and does not look like chat. We did not want our end users to expect fast responses that chat tools necessitate. Just a simple feedback widget. I love how it doesn't cost too much more to add additional recipients and also how it easily integrates into slack so the entire tool can be operated from within slack and email. It lets feedback be shared openly within slack to our product and eng teams as well as the core CS team who replies to the user submissions.
