It automatically updates all the CRM data, integrating seamlessly with opportunities and quotes. It even allows me to make adjustments, like increasing product units, directly from the car over the phone using voice commands. This has boosted my productivity by eliminating the need for admin tasks and has helped increase the pipeline and average deal size.

I like that Donna uses the CRM context to build a coherent conversation and seeks ways to extract information from the salesperson to update the CRM. Additionally, it can be configured to adapt to the client's needs. Also, the initial setup is very easy.
