We run a large event management platform and DocuPotion handles all our PDF generation — attendee badges (bulk), tickets (bulk), and reports for clients. Some of our events need thousands of dynamic badges and tickets generated in one go, and this product has handled it easily. The server-side generation was the big one for us. We built a fully automated pipeline around it: trigger the generation, file comes back via the callback, gets saved against the record. No timeouts, no manual steps. It also renders everything we need for our custom designs — badges with dynamically coloured SVG icons, ticket layouts with QR codes and event branding — and it all comes out in the PDF exactly as designed which is so important when working to a client's branding requirements. Probably most importantly, though, the support from Alex is a real standout. He responds fast — usually same day and it's always a thoughtful answer from someone who clearly knows the product inside out. On the rare occasion we've hit an issue, it's been sorted quickly. For something this core to our live platform, that responsiveness matters a lot.

I like that DocuPotion makes it really easy to generate beautiful PDFs from my bubble.io application. The ease of use is impressive, making it very simple to get started, and it took me less than an hour to set up. I also appreciate the great support from their development team, which means when problems arise, they solve them fast. This allows us to save time by not having to build our own solution.
